Our Return Policy
You have 15 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return or exchange. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Air Tools & Compressors: Once used, these items cannot be returned for hygienic and safety reasons unless they are defective.
- Chainsaws & Pole Saws: For obvious safety reasons, these products are final sale once used.
- Clothing: For health and hygiene reasons, any apparel that has been worn or has its tags removed is not eligible for return.
- Opened Software or Digital Products: These are non-returnable.
If you receive a defective item from these categories, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, send us a return/exchange request via email at [email protected]. Please use the template provided below to ensure we have all the necessary information to process your request quickly.
- Wait for Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package. Please do not send anything back without an RMA number.
- Ship the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include all accessories and documentation, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship it to the address we provide. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective item).
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it. Upon approval, we will initiate your refund or ship your replacement exchange.
Refund Timelines and Methods
After we receive and inspect your returned item, please allow:
- 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.
Once processed, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your financial institution’s policies, but it typically appears within 5-10 business days.
For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item as soon as the return is approved. Standard or free shipping rates will apply for the new shipment.
