All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Methods & Timelines:

  • Standard Shipping ( $12.95 ): Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Our Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return and exchange process within a specific timeframe.

Return Eligibility Window:

You have 15 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return or exchange.

Conditions for Returns:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • It must be repackaged in all its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  • You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items (For Safety & Hygiene):

Due to the nature of certain products, and for the safety and well-being of our entire community, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been used, unless they are defective:

  • Air Tools & Compressors
  • Chainsaws & Pole Saws
  • Clothing that has been worn or has had its tags removed.
  • Opened Software or Digital Products.

Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, send a return/exchange request to our customer service team at [email protected]. Use the email template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Authorization: Our team will review your request. If approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide shipping instructions. Do not send your item without an RMA number.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include all parts, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship it to the address we provide.
    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent the wrong or a defective item).
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it. Upon approval, we will immediately process your refund or ship your replacement exchange.

Refund Timelines and Methods

After we receive and approve your returned item:

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your refund.
